Born and raised in Vicenza, Italy, Andrea discovered his passion for cooking within the cosy confines of his family's restaurant, learning secret recipes from his Nonna. At the age of 22, he embarked on his journey to Australia, starting out as a Chef De Partie in regional NSW, learning to grasp a new and unfamiliar culture. Fast forward 8 years, Andrea is now an Executive Chef in Melbourne and has carved out a flourishing career by working in a variety of fine dining and modern Australian restaurants.

As for me, I'm a self-proclaimed food lover. By profession, I'm deeply rooted in the realm of marketing while simultaneously running my own fashion label. I’m zealous, sassy and the perfect taste tester for his amazing dishes. Andrea is a creative genius in the kitchen and I’m a powerhouse when it comes to eating, so together, we're a match made in heaven.

But you may be wondering why I'm doing most of the talking here...to put it simply, Andrea loves to cook and I love to talk. He's a remarkably talented chef and is amazing with his hands, that's why his gnocchi are so legendary! And I get to be his unwavering number one fan.

If you haven't already placed an order and wondering what to try first, I suggest our baked gnocchi, and that's not because it's our signature dish, but rather it was the first dish Andrea ever made me. From that moment I knew it was love. It was love at first bite.
